What started out as wreaths, sweets and sips has turned into a full blown holiday affair!
We welcome you to The White Barn where holiday music will be playing, lights will be twinkling and cookies and treats will be stacked to the ceiling for an open house drop in event that is perfect for holiday fanatics of all ages!

What is the Holiday Hoopla? This holiday celebration is the brainchild of Brian & Jessie Passon (Project 519) and Eric & Brittany Mason (Spade + Flourish). The four of them joined together their talents, passions and hobbies to create and design a Christmas experience that delights every sense and appeals to individuals of all ages! The Holiday Hoopla has quickly become an annual tradition for many families!
What is the cost to attend? $15 per person // $5 each children 10 & under. We will operate under the honor system: Payment can be made via Venmo to Jessie Passon (@Jessie-Passon) or cash "at the door" on December 1st. Please note that we do not want to add a financial strain on anyone, so do not let the cost prevent you from attending!

What does my fee include? You are invited to all you can eat holiday treats, bonfire with endless smores, outdoor Christmas movie, wreath making supplies (make one, two ore more!), outdoor holiday games, pop up shop for holiday shopping, hot chocolate station (with spirited mix-ins for adults), kid’s craft table, an appearance of The Grinch and more!
Who is this event for? All ages! There will be plenty of sweets and activities for everyone.
Where is the Holiday Hoopla taking place? The White Barn on the property of Brian and Jessie in Windsor, CT
Do I have to make a wreath? No! Attend simply for the sweet treats and festive activities.
Does it cost extra to make a wreath? No! We will have wreath forms, wire and a variety of natural foraged materials plus ribbon, bows and additional trimmings to decorate with. You are welcome to bring all of your own supplies, some of your own supplies or none of your own supplies. There will be tables and stations set up for you to make wreaths, swags or other similar items. Garden Designer Eric Mason from Spade + Flourish will be available to offer suggestions and assistance.
Will there be wreaths available for purchase? Yes! There will be premade wreaths individually priced in our popup shop available for an additional purchase. Some people come for the holiday fun, skip wreath making and purchase a gorgeous wreath to take home!
Pop Up Shop: In addition to pre-made wreaths, we will have a variety of custom and handmade items for sale.
Will it be canceled if it rains? This event will happen rain or shine as we will have indoor space in the barn and tents as needed. Dress appropriately for the weather! Any updates for extreme weather will be sent out via email.
Where do we park? There is on street parking, more details will be given to those who RSVP prior to the event date.
